Information I may collect

When you complete the fit check, contact form, detailed intake, or purchase process, I may receive your name, email, optional phone number, business name, website or social links, selected website configuration, preferred customer action, content readiness, domain status, project requirements, supplied business facts, photos, and messages.

Do not submit passwords, payment details, full card numbers, or other credentials through a website form. Account access is arranged separately when a project is accepted.

Why I use it

I use the information to assess whether the Starter Website fits, reply to questions, prepare written scope, produce an accepted website, communicate about delivery, process payment, and keep ordinary business records.

Services involved

• Formspree processes the public fit check and contact form.
• Tally may process the detailed post-payment project intake.
• Stripe processes payments. Tristan Web Studio does not receive or store your full card number.
• Cloudflare hosts the public website and may process ordinary technical request data.

Retention and sharing

Fit-check and project information is retained in ordinary business communications for as long as reasonably needed to assess, deliver, support, document, or account for the work. It is not sold. It may be shared with a service provider only to operate the workflow described above or when required by law.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information held by Tristan Web Studio, subject to legitimate record-keeping requirements. Email hello@tristanwebstudio.com.
