These are the plain-English terms for working with Tristan Web Studio. They cover the Website Review, website projects, smaller fixed-scope services, care plans, and add-ons.

Who provides the services

Services are provided by Tristan Web Studio.

The Website Review

The Website Review is an advisory review of your existing website. It is feedback and recommendations — it is not a full website rebuild and does not include making changes to your site.

Website projects

Website projects require scope confirmation before work begins. We agree on what is included before any production work starts.

Smaller fixed-scope services

Services such as the Quote Path Cleanup and the Landing Page Refresh have a defined scope confirmed before work begins. They focus on the specific page or improvements agreed in writing and do not include a full website rebuild.

Care plans and add-ons

The monthly care plan covers a set amount of minor updates and support each month, billed monthly and cancellable anytime. Add-ons are quoted per project, and any third-party costs (for example domain, business email, paid software, or paid ads) are your responsibility unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Quotes and timelines

Quotes and timelines depend on project details, such as the pages involved, the content provided, and the complexity of the work.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information, content, approvals, and any access needed to complete the work on time.

Results

Tristan Web Studio does not guarantee specific traffic, search rankings, leads, or revenue. The goal is a clear, trustworthy website that makes it easy for visitors to contact you.

Payment

Payment terms are shown at checkout or set out in written project communication.
