The details that matter before you begin.
Is $699 CAD the total website price?
Yes, for the stated starter scope. You pay $199 only after I confirm the fit and send the written scope, then $500 after the revision and before launch. No tax is currently added at checkout. Your domain and any optional paid third-party service are separate.
What do I need to provide?
Accurate business information, your preferred customer action, contact details, any existing social links, and up to eight usable phone photos. A logo is helpful but not required.
Can I update the site myself?
The starter site does not include a visual editor. You own the finished files and accounts, another developer can take over, or you can request small updates from $49 when needed. No monthly plan is required.
What about the domain and hosting?
You purchase and own the domain, which normally renews yearly at your registrar’s current price. Standard static hosting has no separate monthly charge from Tristan Web Studio at the expected usage level.
What happens during the revision?
You review the complete working draft and send your design and wording changes in one organized list. I complete the agreed changes, you approve the result, and the $500 balance is due before I connect the domain and launch. Typos and defects reported during the 14-day fix period are corrected without using another revision.
